About The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with children who need extra support- this might be 1:1 or in small groups. Your role will be to help them access learning, build confidence, and feel safe and supported in the classroom.
Requirements:
-Experience working with SEN children in a school or similar setting (minimum 6 months)
-A calm, caring, and patient approach
-A strong understanding of safeguarding practices
-Good teamwork and communication skills
-A flexible and positive attitude
