We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants or Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our friendly and supportive supply team.
What You’ll Do:
As a Supply Level 3 TA or HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons when the class teacher is away
- Supporting learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2
- Helping manage the classroom and providing support to individual or small groups of pupils
- Working closely with teachers to help all pupils achieve their best
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment for every child
What You’ll Need:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A HLTA qualification, Level 3 or similar (Level 4 or higher)
- Previous experience working in primary schools
- Confidence in delivering lessons and managing groups
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
