Before applying for your first permanent teaching job, would you like to experience what it’s like to teach in different schools? Gaining confidence and experience as an Early Career Teacher can be achieved through supply teaching. Textbook Teachers are a friendly and transparent agency that supports local Primary schools and teachers. We offer ongoing support and advice so that you can make the most out of your teacher training and transferable skills.

Whether you have trained in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, we will do our best to find you day-to-day roles to suit your experience. Over the last 24 years, we have built very good working relationships with the schools that we work with. Many of our supply teachers often share their positive experiences about the schools we place them in. We are recruiting Early Career Teachers who can reliably commute to schools in Spalding. These schools are commutable from PE6, PE9, PE10, PE11.
