💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing flexible classroom support across a range of school settings from EYFS to KS2
- Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities and classroom management
- Working with small groups or offering 1:1 support where required
- Helping to create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those who may have additional SEND or SEMH needs
