Becoming a supply Teaching Assistant comes with a few benefits. One of them is your availability, this can vary from 1 to 5 days a week. Whether you are interested in short-term, long-term or permanent roles, we have the schools that will work around you.
It would be beneficial to have:
– Minimum of 6 months in a UK classroom
– Any kind of experience working with children
– Strong communication and interaction skills
– Reliable and self-motivated
– Understands and is committed to Safeguarding procedures in the workplace
