About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across different age groups
In addition, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the school community

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support students in both their educational and social development
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you should have:
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Math)
- A positive attitude, along with patience and flexibility
- A relevant teaching qualification (such as Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
