Teaching Assistants in Kettering!
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? 🌟 We’re on the lookout for caring, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support local schools in Kettering and the surrounding areas (NN14, NN15, NN16, NN17, PE8). This is a lovely opportunity to be part of something meaningful and help children thrive.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils with a wide range of abilities. From helping to prepare lessons to offering one-to-one or small group support, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll support pupils with both their educational and social development, working alongside teachers to deliver high-quality lessons. You’ll help plan and deliver tailored interventions, assist with managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and prepare fun and engaging learning materials and resources.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children and young people is essential for this role. Experience or knowledge of supporting SEN pupils or vulnerable individuals is highly desirable. Most importantly, you’ll be adaptable, patient, and passionate about providing excellent support to the children you work with.
