We are currently looking for a Cover Supervisor in Peterborough or surrounding areas (PE1, PE2, PE3, PE4, PE5, PE6, PE7, PE8, PE9, PE10) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in working in education, whether you’re an experienced cover supervisor or considering a future in teaching.
About the Role:
You will play a vital role in ensuring students are learning in the absence of their regular teacher. You will supervise classes, deliver lessons, and make sure students remain on task in a calm and focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Firstly, deliver work to classes
- -In addition, manage classroom behaviour
- -Furthermore, report back on student progress and behaviour to teaching staff
- -Support students in their learning
- -Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
We’re Looking For:
- -Strong communication
- -Manage a classroom and engage students
- -Flexible and proactive approach
- -Experience working with children
- -Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Math
- -An interest in education and supporting students
