What We’re Looking For

Experience in UK classrooms and familiarity with the National Curriculum.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.

An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one through us).

Classroom management skills — confident, calm, and in control.

A professional attitude with clear boundaries — supportive without overstepping the teacher’s role.

Clear communication and ability to follow provided lesson plans.

Willingness to help with wider school duties (e.g., breaktime supervision).
