We’re currently looking to recruit Secondary Supply English Teachers to work in schools located throughout Oundle and the surrounding postcodes (PE1, PE2, PE3, PE4, PE5, PE6, PE7, PE8)
What the Role Involves
As a Supply English Teacher, you will:
- Firstly, step into local classrooms to deliver lessons in English Literature and Language
- In addition, support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them stay focused and engaged
- Maintain a calm and productive learning environment
- On top of that, work in a variety of welcoming and well-equipped schools in the local area
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in hearing from individuals who:
- Have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Additionally, have strong subject knowledge in English
- Can manage classroom behaviour effectively and adapt quickly
- Ideally, are positive, professional and open to working in different school environments
- Most importantly, are passionate about teaching and supporting students to achieve their best
- Someone who understands and is committed to Safeguarding procedures in the workplace and promoting pupil welfare
