We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our supply team in Market Deeping, working in our fantastic SEN settings to inspire students. The ideal candidate will be innovative and empathetic, with a strong drive to support children’s learning and development.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- -Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- -Experience working in special education or supporting children with a variety of needs
- -Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
- -The ability to mentor, guide, and inspire students
- -Excellent communication skills, enabling positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
