Welcome to Textbook Teachers!
Textbook Teachers are an established GCA-approved agency who have been supporting educators and schools across the East Midlands for the past 25 years. Working closely with Primary, Secondary, and SEND/SEMH schools across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, Textbook Teachers Newark are looking for experienced, qualified, passionate, and resilient Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our Newark Team!
How Does Textbook Teachers Work?
Our experienced Account Managers are in continuous communication with senior leaders of local schools. We are contacted for either day-to-day roles or long-term opportunities, to which we pass on to you! We speak regularly regarding your availability for upcoming weeks, how much you’ve enjoyed certain roles, and certain school experience you are looking for to further your career.

Requirements:
- – A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK classroom
- – Experience with individuals with SEND/SEMH needs is beneficial, but not essential
- – An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or the willingness to obtain one
- – Reliable mode of transport to local schools
