The new academic year is here! After an incredibly busy year supporting schools across the region, Textbook Teachers is growing.
We’re looking for caring, friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team and support children in primary schools across Boston and the surrounding areas.
If you have at least 6 months’ experience working in a school and love helping children learn, grow and feel confident, we’d love to hear from you!
What Could Your Next Role Look Like?
We work with a fantastic range of schools and educational settings. They are looking for people who genuinely care about helping children and young people thrive.
You could support children from EYFS through to KS2. Roles are available in mainstream classrooms, SEND provisions and SEMH settings.
Your day might involve:
-Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs
-Providing one-to-one and small-group support
-Supporting learners with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs and other learning difficulties
-Helping pupils build confidence, communication and independence
-Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
-Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils manage their emotions
-Working alongside teachers to help pupils reach their full potential
Flexible Work That Works for You
We have part-time and full-time opportunities, typically working 8:30am–3:30pm.
We also offer flexible days to suit your availability.
