Job Description

Whether it’s offering encouragement, providing extra support, or helping a child achieve a breakthrough moment, Teaching Assistants play a vital role in school life.

As schools prepare for the new academic year, we’re looking for caring and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Boston and the surrounding areas from September.

Whether you’re looking for occasional work or regular placements, supply offers flexibility while giving you the chance to make a real difference in local schools.

You’ll have opportunities to work in a range of settings, including mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as specialist provisions.

πŸ’™ What the role may involve:

-Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis

-Assisting within the classroom

-Delivering small group interventions

-Building pupils confidence and independence

-Supporting children with SEMH/SEND

-Working alongside teachers to create inclusive learning environments

🌈 Supporting Local SEN Schools

In addition to mainstream schools, we also have opportunities within localΒ SEN schools and alternative provisions.

These settings provide rewarding opportunities to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

🌼 This role could be ideal if you:

– Have at least 6 months experience working with children or young people

-Are patient, positive, and supportive

-Enjoy building relationships and helping children succeed
