We’re Hiring: SEN Support Assistants
We’re currently looking for dedicated SEN Support Assistants to join our team. We work closely with local SEN and mainstream Primary schools, many of which need 1:1 support for pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and other learning needs.
Your role will include:

Supporting pupils in their learning across the curriculum.

Supervising pupils during break times.

Managing and redirecting challenging behaviours in a positive way.

Encouraging and motivating pupils through positive reinforcement.

Providing daily feedback to class teachers and parents.
