What you’ll be doing

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential by:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
• Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

What we’re looking for

We’re searching for people who are:

• Caring, patient and reliable.
• Passionate about making a difference.
• Excellent communicators and team players.
• Experienced in education, care or supporting children (desirable but not essential).
• Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate (Update Service preferred), or are willing to obtain one before starting work.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
