About the role..
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Assignments may include:
- Providing classroom support alongside the class teacher.
- Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
- Assisting with classroom organisation and learning activities.
- Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.
- A positive, patient and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to different school environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
