As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include:
-Providing individual or small group support to children
-Working closely with class teachers to implement learning plans
-Helping manage classroom behaviour and manage student engagement
-Promoting social, emotional, and academic development in pupils
Requirements
-At least 6 months of experience working with children in a UK school or setting
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-A flexible and positive attitude
-A clear understanding of, and commitment to Safeguarding procedures
