Job Description
We’re looking for Teaching Assistants to support schools across Boston and the surrounding areas – people who can bring patience, positivity, and consistency into the classroom where it matters most.
🔍How does it work?
Each week, we check in with you to confirm your availability and the days you are happy to work. As a result, this gives you flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle, whether you want a few days a week or more consistent work.
We then match you with suitable school-based roles. These may include daily supply cover, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements where schools need additional support.
In some cases, this could involve covering staff absence, supporting specific pupils, or working within a classroom that requires extra assistance over a longer period.
Our aim is to place you in environments where you feel confident, supported, and able to make a real difference from day one.
In addition, we stay in regular contact throughout your placements to ensure everything runs smoothly for both you and the school.
📚Your role will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
- Helping children build confidence, independence, and focus
- Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment Making every child feel valued, understood, and supported
