As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across a range of age groups. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about contributing to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support students in both their educational and social development
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Math)
- A positive attitude, along with patience and flexibility
- A relevant teaching qualification (such as Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
